If you are new to raw foods, we suggest you start with our Basics Class. This class provides a step-by-step introduction to the theory and practice of a living foods lifestyle. Class is offered on even months, i.e., February, April, June, August, October, December

Once you have the basics down, you are ready to deepen your understanding and pratice by learning to prepare more complex dishes and their variations.

You will learn how to develop recipes, plan menus and turn traditional cooked dishes into tasty raw dishes. Class is offered on odd months, i.e., January, March, May, July, September, November.
